Discernment counseling is for couples where one partner is unsure about continuing the relationship and the other wants to work on it. This is a short-term, structured process focused on gaining clarity—not fixing the relationship or pushing a decision. The goal is to help both partners understand their options and decide on next steps with intention and respect.

Yes. I offer both in-person therapy in Kettering, Ohio, and secure virtual therapy for clients anywhere in Ohio. Virtual sessions allow couples and individuals to access support in a flexible and convenient way while still receiving the same level of care.
