A one or two day extended session allowing you to make improvements in a more effective and efficient way than weekly sessions.

We’ll be doing the work you would normally do in couples therapy or discernment counseling, however in a much shorter time span. The lack of days/weeks between working together allows your progress to increase at a more rapid rate.

One 4 hour day of a therapy intensive allows for 190 more minutes of processing than one month of weekly sessions. If you want to save time, if weekly therapy is hard to accomplish, if you want to make significant progress quickly, a therapy intensive may be right for you.
